Ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Am I Feeling Empty or Unfulfilled?

  2. Do I Pour The Same Amount of Love Into Myself That I so freely give to Others?

  3. Do I I Invest In The Relationship That I Have With Myself, As Much As I Invest In My Relationship With Others?

If you are feeling empty or unfulfilled, chances are, you are giving from an empty cup. Which means you are robbing yourself of your most valuable asset- You.

It’s time to FILL YOUR CUP & give to others from YOUR OVERFLOW!

Cultivating Healthy

&

Lasting Relationships

Let’s be honest, in order to get where we want to go we have to take inventory of what’s already in our life. Not just what tools or resources we have, but also who we surround ourselves with on a daily basis. Statistically, we become like the five people we spend the most time with. So ask yourself, the following questions:

  1. Who are the people around me?

  2. Are they supportive and do they encourage me to reach my maximum potential?

  3. Does my relationships have healthy boundaries?

If there are relationships in your life that do not feed you, spiritually, mentally or emotionally; or relationships that drain you and constantly leave you questioning your value or self-worth; it may be time to let them go. It’s time to take inventory of the relationships in your life, learn to set healthy boundaries with those you love and cultivate deep and lasting relationships for the years to come.
